I have found this nappy rash cream to be fantastic for my daughter especially at night time. Stays on there longer which helps to provide protection and support in healing.

This product is horrible. Should come with a warning label that it contains fish oil and will stain anything it comes into contact with. Still trying to wash the foul odour off my little ones clothes. Never again.

Very thick and works well as a barrier cream too. Very effective like sudo cream so we just compared prices each time we restocked it

My bub has a birthmark in her nappy area. It often peels and splits and causes so mcib discomfort. Other nappy rash barrier creams don’t seem to stay thick enough but this one can be applied so heavily and it stays there. Changing a nappy hours later and I was having to wipe it away. Stopped bowel movements from irritating the split skin

This is 40% zinc and probably the best on the market for clearing up and preventing nappy rash. I’ve tried many other brands but always found my children experienced soreness and redness in their nappy unless I used a higher zinc cream. This cream doesn’t smell lovely, my husband likens it to the smell of goats haha but it works every time.

This ha to be the best nappy rash cream on the market. It is really thick so protects bub well. So happy Desitin was recommended to me.

My pharmacist recommended this to me for really bad nappy rash and it works a treat. Cleared up within days so now its always on hand….just in case

This cream is fantastic…goes in thick and doesn’t just slide off like other zinc based creams do. Definitely recommend if trying to clear up nappy rash fast. It works fantastically.

This cream was recommended to me by my GP due to the high content of zinc. My little man’s bum is always red and this is the only cream that soothes and heals him.
