  • Great for babies

    3.5 out of 5

Really did for little babies who are starting to try solids. The only think I didn’t like was how hard the mesh can be to clean.

  • Great introduction

    5 out of 5

Great introduction to natural fruits, veges and other for baby, takes the worry out of choking in the early days, and saves time as not needing to prepare foods for baby. Gives them a taste for foods to start with.

  • Perfect for first taste of food!

    4.5 out of 5

I used this with banana for my daughters first try of solids when she was 6 months. As a first time mum i was very anxious about trialling solids, but this gave me piece of mind as it literally just lets them suck out the mush of whatever food you insert. Easy to clean and comes with a replaceable mesh bag

  • TOMMEE tippee mesh feeder

    5 out of 5

These things are just amazing! We did baby led wheening with my miss 2 so she never actually ate sloppy baby food. I loved having the mesh food feeders available as it ment I could give her things like strawberries without having that fear she might try and swallow the hole thing in one go. Loved it.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE

    4 out of 5

Absolutely loved this mesh feeder for my son. Plenty of options- fruit, frozen smoothie cubes, frozen breast milk or even purees. I found it really helpful on hot days and when he was teething. Only downfall is that I found it hard to get some foods out of the mesh.

  • Perfect for little hands

    5 out of 5

This was great for my little boy starting to try his first foods and teething aswell, nice cold fruit to munch on and soothe those sore gums, loved strawberries in it but not banana

  • Fantastic

    5 out of 5

Was something that made me relax a bit more while feeding the kids. Easy to clean and compact enough for the happy bag or hand bag.

  • Hard to clean

    2 out of 5

The Concept is great however the mesh is really hard to keep clean. Put a strawberry in it and the seeds were near impossible to get out. Will try a silicone type next

  • Okay but not necessary

    1.5 out of 5

I had two of those fresh food feeder for my twins. I only used it a couple of times. I don’t think it’s necessary or a must have. I put banana in it the first time which was a big mistake because the mesh was very hard to clean.

  • Early treats at Grandma !

    4.5 out of 5

My grand-babies have all used these Tommy Tippee Mesh Fresh Food Feeder’s & I have watched them all from very early days enjoying fruits in season. So safe to see them devour a strawberry or 2!

  • Great idea to introduce foods

    4 out of 5

I brought one of these and thought it was a great way to introduce foods to bub it worked well easy to use easy to was and you can buy refill nets which is great and very reasonably priced.

  • Great introduction to solid foods

    4.5 out of 5

I bought this for my 6 month old and we loved it. Introducing him to fresh fruits and soft vegetables all while he was learning hand coordination in holding the handle.
Also great for teething and easy to wash.

  • Mesh feeder

    3 out of 5

This product sounded good in theory but both my kids didn’t like it. They much liked eating eating fruit without it. The Mesh got a bit hard to wash afterwards so I ended up throwing it away

  • Handy product

    5 out of 5

My little one had a lot of use out of this product, definitely recommend.
Try whole pieces of fruit or frozen fruit for teethers.

  • Not for us

    2.5 out of 5

Tried this product, couldn’t quite work out how it was to be used and my son just didn’t take to this. Not really keen on it.

  • Great idea

    3.5 out of 5

I love these, it’s a great way to give your baby something without the risk of chocking, the only downside is the mesh is very hard to clean

  • Perfect for fruits!

    4.5 out of 5

My son loved this esp with strawberry, banana or mango however make sure if you give any sort of berry that you don’t care about their clothes or are about to bath them anyway because they get a bit messy. He absolutely loved it tho and I’ll use it again with our next baby!

  • Great for safe feeding and introduction of foods

    5 out of 5

I gave this to my daughter 6 months with all sorts of things in it. We put cherries, banana, watermelon and even meats in it to introduce flavours, textures and try to encourage safely eating foods we considered a choking hazard. Sometimes she wouldn’t chew on it but would feel and mash the mesh with her hands. It was a great sensory experience even if she didn’t eat anything

  • Great idea

    2 out of 5

It is a great idea allowing bub to suck the goodies out of any food without checking but unfortunately the mesh gets mouldy quickly and needs replacing. I preferred the silicone ones.

  • Must have for trying new foods

    4.5 out of 5

We absolutely love these Mesh food feeders!! We discovered them with our first a few years ago and I absolutely had to get more when our second began on solids. Used with everything from meats to fresh & frozen fruits to ice cubes to frozen breastmilk, frozen prepare foods, it was amazing. Will definitely be getting if we have a third!!

  • Amazing!

    5 out of 5

My son loved this so much we ended up getting a second one so we can refill and give to him straight away. It’s really easy to put together and to wash.

  • Great for my little one

    3.5 out of 5

Loved how easy it is for my daughter to use. It leaves all the bit she can choke on and allows her to enjoy the taste of foods.

  • Great idea

    3 out of 5

These are a great idea and worked well with frozen milk for teething however I found them very difficult to clean properly when putting fruit inside.

  • Best invention!

    5 out of 5

I absolutely love this product and so does baby.
I use it all the time when we have meat as baby loves to suck on the juices.
I also love how it has a cover!
I’ve bought a few and use the others to store frozen fruit for baby to have when her gums are feeling sore.

  • Great

    4.5 out of 5

I brought this for my daughter it’s great just that my daughter doesn’t like to use it no idea why but it would be so good if she did

  • Good for first foods

    3.5 out of 5

The mesh feeder was very good for introducing first foods, the only downfall was we only used it for two weeks before baby got his first tooth and was in danger of getting it stuck

  • Works well

    4 out of 5

I used this a few times when baby was teething. She liked the feel of the mesh on the gums and grinding out the bits of strawberry. It gets very messy though and it is difficult to clean all the good out from the mesh.

  • Didn't work...

    2.5 out of 5

Love the idea however for me it wasbt was effective. Bub wasn’t sure about the mesh around the outside of her food. Overall concept is great if your baby can adapt to it.

  • Love the idea of this but not sure about cleaning

    2.5 out of 5

I love the idea of this for my 6 month old boy BUT we out banana in it and it was really hard to clean out of the mesh. I’ve since tried a silicon one which is harder for baby to get food out of but cleans better

  • great for teething!

    4 out of 5

This is such a great idea for teething bubs and introducing food to babies. I used these with both my girls. They can be pretty messy and the mesh bit is hard to clean but they aren’t to expensive so I didn’t mind replacing them when needed.

  • Great but messy

    3.5 out of 5

My son loves using this mesh feeder. It was easy for him to hold and use. It also holds a good amount. The only down side is that it’s hard to clean and has to be replaced frequently

  • Good

    4 out of 5

Percet for babies who starting to explore food. Pop something inside and baby can suck on it. Only advice- do not use it for bannanas as its to difficult to clean it.

  • Mesh fresh

    5 out of 5

The Tommee Tippee Mesh fresh food feeder is awesome. Feeding my little man fruit for the first time was a no worries, didn’t have to overly stress that he would choke. He loved sucking and chewing on frozen fruits during summer.

  • It’s ok

    3 out of 5

This mesh food feeder does the job, yet a lot of wastage, as you are required to fill up the entire mesh so that bubs is able to hold the feeder and able to munch on the fruit, and washing the mesh is a pain

  • Winner

    5 out of 5

Love this product ,cant live without it when my babu is being fussy , other than them tasting foods with spoons its great for them to try it this way

  • Awesome for getting kids to start eating fruit

    5 out of 5

Loved this. I didn’t actually use any frozen food in there, but would use fresh strawberries, pineapples, apples – anything at all really. I found that it was convenient because I could give my kids some fruit when they were first starting solids but didn’t have to watch them like a hawk as the mesh wouldn’t let chunks of fruit through which could choke them.

  • Amazing

    5 out of 5

This food feeder was the best for teaching my daughter when she started eating fruits. Teaches kids to be independently eating on there own and giving them confidents.

  • Great feeder

    4 out of 5

This product is wonderful, it’s perfect for introducing new foods to your baby. They can bite and taste independently at their own pace! Makes a great mess but it’s definitely worth it. They would be better with a grippier handle as when it gets wet it’s a bit slippery.

  • cant live without it

    5 out of 5

Seriously best invention ever. Great for when bubs first starts eating solid foods or when teething. We freeze yoghurt or fruit puree into ice cube trays and bubba gets iceblocks
