I really thought this was going to work but it was very disappointing. It lightened some of the stains but I will definitely by buying a different brand next time

I followed the instructions to the letter and a bad stain and, unfortunately, it didn’t help at all! It didn’t even make a slight impression on the stain.

I’ve tried this product once and won’t try again. There was some mud on my carpet brought in on shoes and I used this on it and it did absolutely nothing.

I find this product great a spot cleaner for any small marks on carpets. It is easy to use and has a great smell. And removes the marks.

I was disappointed after using this. I was under impression that it will help lift stains and make the Carpert appear clean and fresh but besides being annoying to use it didn’t make any difference.

I’ve used Preen products for stain removal for quite a long time now and was thrilled to see a carpet cleaner by them. It leaves the carpet, and house, with a lovely fresh clean smell. I did find that some old and/or stubborn stains needed more then one application

look its ok , not great . I tried it on some stains in living room carpet and they faded but didn’t come out .

I bought this to clean a few high traffic areas. The ad i had seen on TV suggested all i needed to do was spray it on, brush it in and ta da it is all clean. However this is not the case. The carpets didn’t look any different to the areas which i had not cleaned. This stuff is really expensive and i felt it was a huge waste of money and time!
