I love it, actually love the taste of the Helga’s Gluten Free Bread 5 Seeds. I love it toasted with grill cheese and tomato. My go to breakfast.

  • Great gluten free bread

    4.5 out of 5

I have a gluten sensitivity (it makes my joints painful and stiff), and I’m always looking for great gluten free bread. This is my go to product since I find it has an appealing taste and texture. I like the seeds for added nutrition. It is better still when it is toasted. I also like to freeze loaves since bread can go off so quickly.

  • Tastes great

    5 out of 5

I actually bought this one by accident and it wasn’t until my husband pointed out it was gluten free that I realized I bought the wrong one.
Tastes really yummy as I didn’t notice a difference

  • Best gluten free bread I've tried so far

    4.5 out of 5

I had this gluten free bread for first time and loved it. Bigger slices and moist. So glad I found this fantastic gluten free bread.

  • Great bread

Helga’s is one of my favourite Gluten Free breads ,nice texture, great taste Love it for toasted sandwiches .Would highly recommend trying this bread

  • Go to gluten free bread.

    4 out of 5

I have tried a few different gluten free breads and this one is my favourite.
When it is first opened it is fresh and soft and can be used for sandwiches. After the first few days I tend to keep it in the fridge or freezer and use to for toasting.

  • Too Dry

    2.5 out of 5

I’m sure given Helga’s reputation they would do much better with their Gluten Free Breads. I realize it is hard to produce a soft, less dry bread with gluten free flour. So I suggest they look at ways that will entice those that are either celiacs or gluten intollerant, to buy bread that is not only good for toasting, because it is too dry, but is soft enough not to have to toast. A soft sandwich would be so nice for a change.

  • Tasty bread

I have tried this bread many times both toasted and plain. It has a lovely taste and never dissapoints. I would highly recommend it.

  • Yum

This gluten free bread tastes so good despite being gluten free which usually makes it yuck to me. I get this on mark down occasionally. Not a fan that its half the size and double the price tho

  • Helga’s Gluten Free Bread 5 Seeds

    2.5 out of 5

I have tried this bread and I usually freeze the loaf and take out the slices when I need them.
To be honest I’m happy to eat the cheaper supermarket brands of GF bread. This product’s price is one of the more expensive in the GF loaf range and I have that to consider as well.

  • Tasty

    4 out of 5

Very tasty for gluten free bread. Only problem which is the same for all gluten free bread is the price and the size of the loaf

  • One of the better breads

    4.5 out of 5

Most gluten free breads contain high sugar levels and can be quite dry. I find the Helgas brand offers a fresher, softer bread that can even be eaten fresh!

  • Helgas GF taste great!

    4.5 out of 5

This one and the whole meal loaves are a family favourite. Doesn’t taste cardboard like a lot of other gf breads too. Great as toast or fresh. Not bad for a GF bread!

  • My husband likes it

    2.5 out of 5

This is my husband’s favorite and he eats it daily in snack according to him it tastes really amazing and good for gluten free diet followers

  • Bearable GF

    3.5 out of 5

This is one of the better gluten free breads especially as it is packed with seeds which give added texture and interest. I don’t eat a lot of bread but I keep a loaf in the fridge or freezer for when it is needed.

  • A great gluten free bread

    4 out of 5

A neighbour of ours works at the factory that makes this bread so every now and then we find a loaf at our door. It’s quite a nice GF bread. I still prefer non GF bread but this one is not too bad and lasts well.

  • Not a regular trolley addition

    4 out of 5

I don’t normally need gluten free products but when my son visits, who is coeliac, I buy a few things in. A lot of ppl complain about the stodgey taste of gluten free products, but this……I honestly cannot tell its gluten free

  • Best gf option!

    4 out of 5

This is my favourite gluten free bread.
It’s not often I eat gluten free bread without toasting it first, but Helga’s is lovely & soft & doesn’t need toasting.
The 5 seeds variety is yum – and good for you too!

  • A great GF bread

    5 out of 5

I’m so glad I tried this it’s so much nicer than most gluten free breads it’s not to dense or heavy and it has a nice flavour

  • The best

    4.5 out of 5

No need to try any other bread this is the best of the gluten free range and believe me I’ve tried them all. Delicious and versatile.

  • Best that I have tried

    4.5 out of 5

Helha’s gluten free bread is the best I have tried and I have tried 90% of them. Even my husband will eat it when I have it in the house.

  • Awesome gluten free option

    5 out of 5

As a recently diagnosed coeliac, my son is trying to come to grips with a gluten free diet. To eat Helgas gluten free, you wouldn’t even know it was gluten free. I love the 5 seeds too

  • The best

    5 out of 5

This is the best gluten free bread I’ve come acrossed.
The size is decent unlike some gluten free bread slices r tiny.

  • Better than most G-F breads

    4.5 out of 5

Most g-f breads on the market are a bit of a joke because the texture is not even close to normal bread but this Helga’s Gluten Free Bread 5 Seeds variety comes very close to a good multi grain bread. It is perfect when toasted and not too bad when fresh. I find that it keeps better in the fridge.

  • Different taste

    3 out of 5

I am not so sure of this bread, I am on a special diet of Gluten free and other things to check for Celiacs and I found this bread to be very heavy and hard to eat I must say I have not tried it toasted yet but willin the morning..

  • Excellent bread poor packaging

    2.5 out of 5

Being coeliac I am always trying out different gluten free items especially breads as thy range from really good to really terrible!! I love the taste of this 5 seeds bread. It toasts really well, and is also quite soft and doesn’t just break apart! However the packaging which is supposed to reseal, doesn’t really do a good job of that. As a result, the bread goes stale unless you freeze it, which sort of defeats the purpose of fresh bread to me. I would recommend they put it in a normal bread bag that can be twist tied. It’s such a shame to have about a third of this loaf go to waste unless I eat it within a couple of days :/

  • healthy

    4 out of 5

this bread is perfectly healthy and good for you with multiple seeds to offer ans some gluteb free goodness. i would hughly recommend to all.

  • Tasty option

    4.5 out of 5

I’ve only just started buying Helga’s Gluten Free Bread 5 seed because it says ‘wheat free’ & it’s been great. I can’t have wheat so it’s really hard to find an option for me, this one is Tasty & freezes great.

  • Finally

    4.5 out of 5

It is easy to freeze and does not fall apart when defrosted, a bonus in my mind. It’s tasty and versatile in my busy household.

  • great but expensive

    3.5 out of 5

It is one of the better gluten free breads on the market at the moment but it is a bit expensive. I usually but the wholemeal one.

  • Fantastic bread

    4.5 out of 5

We love this gluten free bread in our household. It’s great for toast and for my daughter’s sandwiches for school. The 5 seeds give it a great flavour.

  • Delicious seeded bread

    3.5 out of 5

This is a good GF bread. I like this variety as it has a good selection of seeds which all add their own flavour. The loaf is smaller than non-GF varieties and can be quite expensive. It is a little stodgy however tastes really nice and is a dream when toasted. Would definitely recommend this product
