There is nothing better than helgas bread aside from the price tag. Being diabetic I am supposed to reduce my carb intake whenever I can and this helps when I can afford it.

I found this bread was quite filling and heavy it is healthy although I didn’t really like the taste.

This bread is nice for a low carb option. It tastes just as good as other breads and I really enjoy it toasted good price

I love this bread but find because of the high moisture content it goes mouldy quickly in summer. It doesn’t freeze well as the moisture turns to ice crystals. I have tried everything they have suggested but can’t get it to keep for very long. Not a problem if you have a big family who eats it in a day or two.

Helgas lower carb seed bread is full of goodness,it tastes amazing and makes our sandwich’s so good to eat.A good brand and a good price!

I really like this bread. It says soft and moist for a lot longer than other bread and has a really nice flavour. A new product for my weekly shopping list!

VERY SOFT BREAD WITH THAT LITTLE BIT OF CRUNCH WITH THE SEEDS ……TASTES QUITE YUMMY AND YOU DONT FEEEL AS FULL AS OTHER HELGAS BREADS

Can bread get any better? Helgas bread is just divine, all loaves. But I think I’ll be buying this loaf from now on. Great way to reduce your carbs without cutting them out all together
