Because it’s low carb it’s higher in fat which means higher calories per slice. It’s yumny bread but not worth the extra calories for me

This helgas bread is a nice option to have on the odd occasion if you’re on a low carb diet. Tastes great with a salad on it

This is a good tasting bread full of yummy grains and you wouldn’t even know it’s low carb. I find it doesn’t last as long as other breads but toasts well from frozen so can easily be stored for later.
