I love to drizzle with olive oil and under my grill to crisp up then cut and serve with fresh homus. For added yummy, add a swirl of Harissa paste and toasted pine nuts or chopped herbs and raita. The list is endless.
a very tasty flavoursome bread in a great size to tear a part. The only thing i have found a bit annoying about this bread is that it gets mouldy fast.
We love this Afghan Garkuc Bread. I usually cut in half then grill just enough to get slight crunch and then gave with dip, cheese, avocado. The options are endless with this garlic bread and the taste is amazing.
