  • Delish when you want a filling, healthy meal

    4.5 out of 5

One of my go to lunches when I’m looking for a healthy and filling option. These wraps are perfect to load up with salad, and great on the go. They stay fresh for a few days when sealed properly.

  • Loved since a kid

Absolutely the best for wrapp. Very healthy and delicious. Ham cheese and tziki is my favourite.

  • Great lunch idea.

Nice and fresh. Great idea for wraps to make for lunch etc. I use them for my work lunchbox and they stay fresh. Would recommend.

  • Love these

    4.5 out of 5

I’ve been buying this for years. I love using them as a healthier option for a pizza base. Also great for work or for the kids for school

  • Tastes healthy

    5 out of 5

These wraps taste nice and healthy. They can rip and split when wrapping large amounts of salad so sometimes I will use 2 wraps. I like that the bag is resealable.

  • Waste of money.

Absolute garbage… Unless you intend on wrapping air in them, which is literally the only thing that can be at this point.

I purchased two packs; One of rye one of white. My brother and I tried to make wraps using taco filling with fruit and veg, but we’re immediately met with something akin to tissue paper, because that’s how easily they tore.

In fact, my brother had to use a second wrap to hold the first one , and that one tore as well when applying air pressure from breathing.

I got my refund from Coles, three the other packet out, and used the default soft tacos instead.

If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately, I have to give this product a rating above zero.

This product touts not using oil, eggs, being mostly fat free, and not using any yeast. It is little wonder why they tore so easily when they had so damn substance in the first place.

Do not but this product unless you like wasting money.

  • Tasty, light

    4.5 out of 5

love it as a lighter bread alternative!! Can be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert.
Brilliant to make crunch dippper. Great for desserts with Nutella and banana.

  • Dry but taste good toasted

    3.5 out of 5

They feel a bit dry but are flexible so I’ll fill them with stuff and put them in the sandwich press all folded up into a little parcel and they are delicious!

  • Really nice for a snack

    4 out of 5

Really like this mountain bread brand and variety. I often wrap ham tomato and cheese in them and put on the sandwich press for instant nourishment!

  • waistline friendly

    4 out of 5

These were first recommended to me by a nutritionist at my gym, years ago, as they are a great and lower calorie alternative to bread and pitta wraps etc. The do tear easily if you arent careful, but with a bit of attention they are a great sandwich alternative for school and work packed lunches. Lots of different options out there if rye is not your favourite. Give them a try!

  • Low cals

    5 out of 5

Love this option for a wrap as its lower in calories than other wraps, but that’s because they are so thin. They will tear easily if you don’t keep them small. Great for just using spreads

  • My fav

    4.5 out of 5

This is my weekly bought rye bread. Trying to look after my health, staying active many trainers only advise to buy this bread! It’s very very light and I love to toast it abit in my sandwich presser.

  • Love

Love this wrap! Such low calories and makes nice tortilla chips in the air fryer! Not so good with wraps cos they break but nice pizza base

  • Great alternative to bread

    4 out of 5

I really liked the Rye Mountain Bread. Has a nice pleasant taste and is super easy to use as an alternative to bread. They do tear easily if you’re not careful but I’ve mastered using this wraps

  • Good option for a wrap

    3.5 out of 5

I don’t often buy wraps because I often find they fall apart. These wraps are no exception, but they are good quality and tasty. Perhaps I just overfill mine. I would recommend as a good option.

  • Waste of time

    0.5 out of 5

Went to a lot of effort to make a healthy wrap but lost all enjoyment when it just fell apart. Couldn;t even pick it up.Threw the rest in the bin. Won;t buy again.

  • Tasty

    5 out of 5

unique tasting wrap. My whole family enjoys it! Fun to peel and eat. Definitely light. A great substitute to regular sliced bread and goes great with sausages. Tasty.

  • Taste okay, just can't keep form

    2 out of 5

Tried wrapping this with my usual sandwich ingredients and the the bread just breaks apart like paper. In fact, it’s weaker than paper. The taste is acceptable but the fact it doesn’t hold form isn’t great for me.

  • Gozleme without the calories

    5 out of 5

These are the best wraps I’ve tasted. Even better when you spread with chilli jam add some English spinach throw on some grated cheese add a handful of roasted chicken breast. Pop in a flat bed grill and toast OMG so delicious. I also use them as fresh salad wraps. I store them in the fridge so they last longer if I haven’t used them in a couple of days after opening.

  • Healthier bread

    4 out of 5

These are the wraps we buy if we feel in the wrap mood. The size is good but whether we tend to put in too much filling or whether the wraps aren’t strong enough, the bread breaks up as we begin the rolling process. Nevertheless the flavour is good and it’s a healthier option to bread.

  • loving it

    4.5 out of 5

I have been buying these mountain breads for a little while now and am still loving them. They make fabulous wraps and are a really nice lighter option to wrap up the filling in, compared to some others.

  • Healthy Bread option

    5 out of 5

I love these wraps, they are light and a great for the whole family. I buy direct in bulk and it works out to be cheaper. They are tasty and light.

  • Breakable

    3 out of 5

Tried these as a lighter option to bread and whilst they were indeed lighter, they tore after putting minimal fillings in. Doubled the wraps which worked but then it’s very expensive needing 2.

  • Love!

    3.5 out of 5

Love these wraps. Very low in calories and taste great toasted. Only downfall is the price and they are very thin so tend to rip a little

  • Light meals

    4.5 out of 5

I love how these wraps are low in calories and fat. They may seem difficult to wrap and break but there is a trick to it. Place your fillings along the short side, fold up the bottom and roll. These are a staple in my household.

  • Okay

    3 out of 5

I had high hopes of a healthy wrap when I purchased Rye’s mountain bread and on the health front I wasn’t disappointed, however these wraps to do not hold together very well at all. It’s difficult to use them in wraps. Okay if you toast them as an alternative to corn chips.

  • so Good!!!!

    5 out of 5

I use these everyday for a chicken and salad wrap. Top tip: Use two layers for your wrap so it doesn’t fall apart! Because they are so thin the tear easily. but otherwise taste yumo!

  • Great while they last

    3 out of 5

I love eating these, I feel guilt free when eating them. Love them as wraps however I find they often break up very easily. That’s the only down fall. They don’t freeze well.

  • So versatle

    5 out of 5

I love using these as a replacement for corn chips in my nachos. Chuck them in the oven for 5 minutes and they crisp up really nice. They are a guilt free treat.

  • Not a Fan

    1.5 out of 5

I purchased this as a healthy alternative to some of the other wrap brands and when trying to wrap up the just broke into pieces and didn’t stay in shape also very dry.

  • Rye Mountain Bread - Healthy & Affordable

    4.5 out of 5

Thin but doesn’t break easily. Stuffed chicken, avocado and shredded lettuce, as well as tomato slices, still hold them together. Tasty, cheap and supporting local producer :)

  • Can’t live without these

    5 out of 5

These wraps are on our weekly shopping list. My husband has them every day for lunch & I have them every weekend. We also use these Wraps for pizzas & sausage rolls. They are low calories and probably the best wraps you can buy

  • Love!!

    5 out of 5

I always purchase the Rye Mountain bread, I use it to make salad wraps for lunch, as a wrap when having fajita’s or burrito’s and a base for a pizza. The thinness of the wrap makes the pizza really crispy. So great to have such a light alternative to bread and heavier wraps.

  • Enjoy this

    5 out of 5

I purchase this bread all the time. Yes, it does cost a little more than your average flat bread but I love how thin it is! It fills me up and allows me to enjoy bread, without out the uncomfortable bloated feeling I get from eating regular bread. I make wraps, filled with tuna, salads etc.. I even put a few toppings and put it under the griller and make a little pizza. It does break/tear occasionally because of the thinness but I still enjoy it!

  • Multi use

  • The healthier alternative to bread!

    5 out of 5

I’ve been eating these wraps now for years. One and a half does well with tuna or salmon with salad filling of choice. You don’t feel bloated afterwards. It is a great lunch base that keeps you going until it’s afternoon tea time.
