Another fine nut product from the Lucky brand; really fine meal with great hazelnut taste, and I use this as a very convenient flavoursome substitute for flour in cakes and friands.

This hazelnut meal is delicious. We add it to pancakes and put it in bliss balls. You can even make your own nutella type spread with it which is very yummy.

I used this in a banana bread recipe and it gave a really nice flavour to it. Rarely comes on special like the almond meal so I don’t buy it often but it’s a good alternative to almond meal

I have used this in a hazelnut flourless chocolate cake and it was delicious. The hazelnut meal worked really well and gave texture to the cake with a lovely hazelnut flavour that wasn’t overwhelming. Definitely use this!

I use this product a lot especially in cakes and slices as well as when crumbing chicken It tastes exactly like hazelnuts and it’s easy to use and doesn’t have a stale taste to it like some products in packages can.
