I enjoy this as a handy fibre hit when needed. I use a little more cinnamon and cacoa to flavour and top with berries and it’s delish

Kellogg’s Guardian cereal is wonderful for a hit of extra fibre in the diet. I think it contains psyllium husks which helps with regularity and the taste is also really nice. I will definitely buy it again from time to time.
