We have a child that struggles with cholesterol and the dietitian specifically recommended this. Although it is a bit costly, you only need 2 biscuits per serve to see significant results. Highly recommend for anyone with high cholesterol

Well Done again Sanitarium. These weet-bix contain plant sterols that help reduce cholesterol by up to 9% if you eat 2 or more daily or so the heart foundation and sanitarium reckon. They taste just as delicious as ordinary weet-bix and once again can be eaten with milk or dry with butter and spread. Now if you could add the plant sterols to gluten free weet-bix I’M sure my tummy would appreciate it even more.
