Up and go are always a favourite in my household, my little one absolutely loves an up and go before or after breakfast! Never seems to fail

Up and gos are the original gangstas with breakfast drinks. They are lower in sugar to most and always on special. Great for kids and me hehe

I struggled to get my teenager to eat breakfast at all; honestly it was a real battle every morning – she just couldn’t stomache it, but she is quite happy to have an UP and GO and she loves the Choc Ice flavour. They are quite high in sugar and honestly wouldnt be my first choice for a healthy breakfast BUT the fact that she’s having something makes me happy so its a four stars from me.

I absolutely love up and go in the chocolate flavour! They’re great for those busy mornings when you’re running out the door but also so good during the day with a pork roll from the bakery *drools*

Sanitarium Up&go Choc Ice Liquid Breakfast is a great breakfast drink, I find it really does fill me up, especially the big sizes. They are chocolatey goodness.

I don’t think these are a breakfast for adults as they’re not big enough, but suitable for a quick occasional brekky for kids when you have early appointments is fine. I would give these to my kids and give them something else an hour later.

My go to breakfast on the go some mornings. I also get the no sugar vanilla ones for my fussy 2 year old. On travel days they are easy to pop in his bottle and hit the road. Fills him up and keeps him happy till lunch stop.

I don’t think this is the best breakfast for children but I have given it to my kids for a recess snack which seemed to work well.

I don’t think it’s good way to just have this drink give you all your needs to start the day. The taste is fine however

This is a great, quick option for breakfast and or tastes quite good. The sugar content is fairly high but the low gi helps keep you full all morning.

A great snack on the go, wouldn’t fill me up for breakfast but can keep me going til the next meal. A little too much sugar for me these days

Quick and easy treat breaky for my 4 y/o of we run out of weet-bix.
Nice flavour and easy to grab on the go.
Super convenient to keep in the fridge.

Up & Go Liquid Breakfast is a yummy chocolate breakfast drink that is good to take away on trips and the size is handy for packing.

My granddaughters love sanitarium chocolate ice Up & Go and it makes me feel at ease knowing they have something healthy inside their stomach before going to school.

Chocolate is a great flavour in these drinks, with no bad after taste it’s the best of the up and go drinks however sometimes you need more than one!

These are always a staple in our house. Hubby can’t stomach brekky with the early hours he starts so he always takes one of these to go. It’s keeps him satisfied till smoko and stops him buying high sugar/fatty food in the morning. Supermarkets often have these 1/2 price so I always buy them then

I used to have these way back in the day and it kept me full its easy for when you dont want to make it yourself and has a serve or two of weetbix so its breakfast on the up n go

I have used up and go in the past, not so much anymore, I prefer to make time for breakfast. But, when you don’t have time, this is perfect on your way out the door. Tastes great too.

Very nice tasting. I think they’re very expensive too considering they’re only 2 Weet Bix and milk. Good alternative to your traditional breakfast. I’ve even added them to the kids school lunches

I enjoyed the taste of these. It’s probably not how your supposed to have them but I find it great they don’t have to go in the fridge, handy for camping. Not the healthiest option though
