I like using Greens cake mixes because I can trust them to turn out perfectly. Okay, packaged cakes might not be the same as made from scratch cakes but for a time poor mum such as me Greens works. This particular cake has a delicious buttery base and a apple crumble topping – much like a tea cake. The whole family enjoys this cake.

I really enjoy this packet mix. Not as nice as home made, but yummy just the same. just cook it a little less time and add a spoon or more full of water, and the cake turns out lovely and moist

This Apple crumble cake is easy to make and tastes nice. The apple satchel that’s enclosed is not enough so you have to spread it lightly instead of generously liked I’d want it to be.
