This flour is great for when you have run out of bi carb and baking powder makes goid qaulity baked goods and we somtimes buy this when we are all out of our big bag

White Wings SR Flour must have a higher yeast content and stay fresh for longer while the packet is sealed. Food rises better and keeps shape better than some using other flour.

A quality product that is great for cooking. Cheaper brands are comparable and I probably wouldn’t pay the extra for this product again even though it is good.
