  • Beautiful Honey

    4.5 out of 5

I absolutely love the flavour of this Leatherwood organic honey and use it mainly to sweeten my tea and as a spread on crumpets. A little expensive, but it does last a long time.

  • Pleasant taste

Love honey in glass jars. This honey has a very strong flavour to it, goes well in cooking or on toast, reasonably priced compared to a lot of other honey

I first tasted this honey in 1979, a trip to Tassie and it took a number of years till it came to the main land. It certainly is an acquired taste and I like it thinly spread on my toast with cream.

  • Organic and smooth

Such a nice organic honey! I like having a container of this honey for the pantry because it is a delicious filling for my children’s lunch and spreads really nicely.

  • Strong taste

    3.5 out of 5

This honey has quite a strong taste. It is nice on toast but not everyone in my family like the flavour. I wouldn’t purchase too often as generally my family like a more mild tasting honey. Its abit expensive too.

  • Delicous

But you would only have it on toast as in cooking it seemed to be very potent and that’s why i would only put it on toast as it was delicious this way

  • Just didn't like the flavour

    2 out of 5

It was sweet and nice and thick. But there’s just something about the flavour I couldn’t come at. If I put it in cooking, it’s the only way I could use it to cover the flavour

  • Unique flavour

    4 out of 5

I do think this honey is lovely and thick in texture with a unique flavour compared to other supermarket brands. The price is more high but well worth it. It’s very healthy being organic as well. I would definitely recommend and will buying again.

  • Best honey

    5 out of 5

This has to be the best honey on the market. It has a distinct taste that you either love or hate. I have grown up with it and have a huge tub in my pantry.

  • Worth paying extra for.

    4.5 out of 5

Although it is getting towards the high end of the honey prices, there is just something rich and smooth about leatherwood. I love that it is not too sweet, although it may be an acquired taste for some. My kids love it!
