  • Perfect block

I love this Cadbury cooking chocolate and use it every time I make cold cheesecake. It’s just like a block of Cadbury dream chocolate. Stable so you can melt and temper. Always a winner.

  • Gotta love Cadbury

A beautiful white chocolate for all your cooking needs, it goes with so many recipes. But, some time ago I was told that the baking range was the same as the eating range, and cheaper, So, I don’t feel so guilty for buying it, you know, cooking, baking, all good.

  • So much for baking

I bought this to use for baking but ate the whole thing on its own, so much for “baking chocolate” haha at least it was delicious

  • Quality

This product is definitely a pantry must have. It adds decadence to any baked good. The only negative is the size – not many recipes require 180gm (they usually require 200gm)

My Daughter absolutely loves white chocolate so Cadbury’s is always our go to chocolate to use. It tastes great, melts well and tastes beautiful in raspberry and white chocolate muffins or making pavlova popsicles!

I’m not a fan of white chocolate but when melted or added to other dessert recipes, it adds the right level of consistency and sweetness

I’ve done a bit of baking in my time, using a few different brands of cooking chocolate. I’ve found Cadbury to be the best on the market. It’s easy to use, very affordable and gives an absolutely to die for lush rich chocolate flavour

I love using Cadbury brand for my baking because of the taste.
This is perfect for all of your baking needs and it melts quite well also, it’s not as clumpy as other brands so turns out quite smooth which means less elbow work for you!

Im Not usually a white chocolate fan but this has a nice creamy taste. It goes great in baked goods and doesn’t overpower the taste.

  • Great

    5 out of 5

For cheesecakes and for making cupcakes basically all kinds of baking sweets and making desserts it’s simply so delicious and has a really creamy white chocolatey flavour

  • Not just for baking ...

    4 out of 5

I can’t help it when I use this chocolate. Some of it doesn’t make it into the baking because I eat it straight. Oops! That’s what happens when you make great quality cooking chocolate though so it’s really Cadbury’s fault, not mine :P
