This is a great quality cooking chocolate but I feel it’s not quite worth the cost and I prefer Cadbury or even the supermarket brand t times

Delicious and melts really easily too

I do alot of cooking and when I want something to be top notch amazing – I like to use the best ingredients…this is where this chocolate comes in! It melts really easily leaving you with smooth, velvety, rich dark chocolate to use. I’ve made so many things using this and I have never had an issue. It’s great!

I found this chocolate to be a delight to use, I melted the chocolate in my electric melting pot stirring it with a stainless steel spatula. The shine was incredible, it makes a difference on the appearance of the end product after putting in the time and effort. A rich and creamy chocolate that was easy to create with in lace work for cakes and it spread easily in the tiny alfoil cups.

Darrell Lea dark cooking chocolate is a joy to add to my chocolate cakes,the flavour makes my cooking just that little more special to eat!
