It’s a little on the sweet side but this makes it great for baking! It goes well with scones and sponge and I like it in tartlets as well!

Yackandandah Preserve Lemon Curd has lemon flavour and also has a lot of added sugar. It is a little too sweet and reduces the flavour. It is ideal to use as a filling with cream in a sponge.
