Very yummy but watch the calories this one has if you’re thinking it’s a healthier option to loose weight. More filling tho because of the fibre content. I eat this one sparingly in balance

I love the taste of this in the morning. The family are addicted to the energy this provides to get through the whole day. I highly recommend.

Our family uses this as a snack on the weekends or during the holidays. Sometimes during the day I’ll fill up a few small bowls for each person in the family.
