I tried this Morning Sun museli twice and found that it was okay both times, but not one of my favourite muselis. I found that there was a lot of grains, but not much dried fruit and so it was quite dry and bland.

I tend to like mueslis that are quite substantial rather than having puffed pieces in there. I find that it’s not filling enough. This tasted okay and it wasn’t too sweet nor bland.

This Morning Sun Natural muesli is certainly delicious but I don’t buy it often as it is super simple and more cost effective to just make my own in bulk at home. When i do buy it, it is nice to also have on top of yogurt and my kids like it as a dessert with some cream.

On a freshly opened packed with expiry date months away, white larves were walking around. First my mom puked saying there is a insect in museli, then we poured some in a plate and saw larves walking in the museli. Yuck !

Muesli is such a good food for the body and I love a range of muesli – this muesli by Morning Sun is a winner in the muesli department.

Anytime I feel the need for a boost these are the way I go. Most muesli comes with coconut but this just has the fruit so it’s lower in fat. My eldest loves a half cup with milk just for a snack and it fights the hunger away for many hours as it’s quite filling. Great taste and a great mix of fruit
