If you’re someone that has to avoid sugar, for whatever reason, these are perfect. You can taste the difference from real sugar to this, but it doesn’t take long to readjust the taste buds. And if you have to swap, its worth it

I was recommended to go on this if I couldn’t part with sugar, however, over time I don’t think it is very good to have in your diet (as it has similar effects of sugar). But, this is a very good product as it helps you get off the sugar addiction.

i cant say too much about it as i only have it when i have decaff coffee but with decaf coffee its nice. very sweet which im a fan of. its pretty good value as well
