Neutrogena hydraboost serum is a good serum to apply after cleansing and toning and before moisturising.It has a nice texture and it feels great on my skin.

After swimming in chlorine pools my skin gets very dry, but this serum works so well to rehydrate my skin after swimming that it lives in my swimming bag permanently.
