I have just started taking these in the past couple of months as my Dr said I was low in Vitamin D and they seem to be working for me

I use one of the Caltrate supplements every day but I prefer this particular one. I need to take Vitamin D and calcium every day so the combination variety means there’s one less pill to pop. I know this supplement works because I have an annual check to ensure my levels are where they should be and I always pass with flying colours.

I have a low Vitamin D level, even though I spend a lot of time outside in the lovely fresh air. I have been taking this Vitamin D, Calcium combo for 6 months to try and pick my D level back up and hold it at a good level. Shall have the results from blood tests soon, so shall see how these tablets went.

By what I have read, this combination helps your bones absorb calcium and Vitamin D better. To me, this is important.
