We use this every time one of us has a cold or the flu. It really helps clear your head and if you have a chesty cough it helps bring up the yuck in your lungs. This is an old idea just already done for you so it works. I always have some in the home just in case.
These little sachets are perfect to have in a handbag or at work for when you need some quick relief. The taste is bearable and it seems to make a difference.
Lemsip cold and flu satchels are an essential item in my bathroom cabinet. They are great when you have a cold and a sore thoart and they make you feel not again.
I had no issue with this product. Storing it is easy as it’s a nice little sachet. I would recommend chasing the taste down with something as it can be strong. I’ve gotten used to the taste over time.
The main medicine in this could be taken in a tablet but this keeps up the water intake and has some added vitamin C and is just nice and warming when feeling ill.
I wasn’t sure if these would actually do anything other than be a nice warm drink on a sore through, however I was pleasantly surprised as it not only helped with sore thoats, but also head cold and runny nose.
this is a must have for winter and spring weather were hay fever, cold and flu attack you. i only this instead of medicine and i will be fine the next day
Works well. Unfortunately i dont like the taste of it. Its difficult to drink because of taste and smell. But except that helps with cold and fle symptoms.
I don’t think this has any health benefits whatsoever. It’s man made, surely home made is best. Over priced, under taste and under productive. I’ll stick to home remedies in future
We always use Lemsip when we get sick with colds or flu. Especially the kind with wet, mucousy coughs. With a recent bout of bronchitis (thanks back to school time!), this has helped me soldier through, helping with the chesty cough and soothing the body aches and fever that’s gone along with it. It’s meant I could still get little one to kindy and feel a bit more human until I’m well again.
Living in Melbourne, the weather is constantly going from hot to cold. I end up with a sore throat, chills etc. As soon as I feel a little run down, I take a Lemsip and it seems to do the trick. The next day I feel back to normal. Some in my family, say that the taste is too bitter, but I really like it! Been taking them for years and will continue to do so.
