This brand is really affordable and you can easily buy it from the grocery store, however I did not feel that it made a big difference.

I took these last time i had a cold as my local only had these. I found no relief at all. No difference at all. I will never buy again or recommend.

I was reluctant to buy these, Nyal has always been a mild performer in my eyes, family friendly but not much action. These cold and flu tabs fit that bill exactly. They did nothing to relieve my cold and flu symptoms. I usually use Codral cold and flu, and I definitely noticed the difference in performance.
