Lat thing the kids need is more energy but they have discovered these protein drinks and they love them too. So we buy the big box and ‘water’ it down with milk for the littlies. It is better for them that soft drink. Now to find a new hiding place…

These are delish and I used to grab them on the run from the gym ifninforgotnmh protein shake. Very expensive so I don’t have them all the time.
