I tried this with my weight loss and I was always hungry. Do yourself a favour and educate yourself on calories and you’ll have much better success

This mix pack is great it has a good variety of flavours that are not available separately cookies and cream and the berry flavours are my favorite

Alot of these VLCD Shakes do work but in conjunction with water and exercise. I tend to find that the celebrity slim taste alot better then some of the others.
