My husband is using it once daily to loose weight along with exercise and it really helped him in achieving his goals, it is easy to make, has all important nutrients and nice taste, keeps, you full for longer without compromising on your health. Though it is expensive but it is part of our pantry now and worth trying it

I am on this shake at the moment. It is working. The taste is nice and it does keep you fuller for longer. I just wish they were cheaper and on sale more.
