I was a fan of this delicious energy bar during my sporting days, helped get me through explosive sporting efforts and refuel me. The taste is actually good, it is enjoyable without a doubt. Feels good to enjoy your supplements rather than hate them. I do recommend this to all gym and sporting athletes, particularly great and effective for gradings and competitions. So very worth it.
