I’ve been using witch hazel since I was an acne prone teenager. It’s helps to keep oil at bay, while cleaning and toning the skin. It’s also great for many other uses, one of which is haemorrhoids. I was using this product for a while before I could pinpoint that it was this product drying out my skin. I believe it has alcohol as a drying agent in it, so that is why I wouldn’t recommend it for people with dry skin.
