It’s an economical product to use as you only need a tiny amount. It cleanses so well that it removes all of my makeup so I don’t have to use a Toner. It leaves my skin squeaky clean without drying.

The Nivea Daily Essentials Refreshing Facial Wash Gel comes in a 150ml flip top tube. I didn’t find the consistency of the cleanser all that much different to most supermarket cleansers and wouldn’t exactly describe it as a gel. I really didn’t like the smell, I wouldn’t call it a fragrance. It seemed to be more of a chemical odor.

The cleanser have a bit of a sting about it sometimes, but it didn’t feel at all refreshing. I used the product for nearly two weeks and have found I’m breaking out more and my skin is a bit sensitive and dry.
