This cream has the right ingredients to disinfect a wound but it might sting at the first touch. Be aware to use a cotton tip etc to ensure cream is not contaminated

I have been using this for years. It works a treat however because of the colour you have to be careful not to get it on anything else. I put the tube in a plastic bag just to be safe. Does not sting or smell at all. Great product.

I use this cream for Oppsies! my little guy likes it, and i find for the small little accidents that kids have it works well, its not something id use on the big ones though i prefer the liquid for that. But still works well.
