Use this strapping tape a lot during my soccer days, ankles and knees are strapped easily with this and kept in place. Not a fan at taking it off tho haha

Rigid Strapping is ideal for broken bones to strengthen an area where they prefer to use that rather than plaster. I used this on my left foot when I played netball. It’s hard to get off when you have a bath or shower. I used to have to soak my foot to get the tape wet enough to peel it off

I often use this as band aids. Just cut a slice off with some cotton wool in the middle and away you go. The sticking factor is out of this world

My partner has a very bad back so gets me to apply this to his back every morning. This will leave painful marks if you don’t apply a protective tape beneath but this is common practice and therefore no fault of the products if done incorrectly (which I regularly do, sorry honey!). The tape is a great quality and actually sticks without moving around or slipping. Removal is simple if done slowly and in the shower. I moisten it and then lather a little body wash prior to removing it which makes it relatively pain free.
