I suffer from bursitis and sometimes I need to strap either my shoulder or a knee in place. This is the strapping tape that my physio recommended. I am very happy with the quality and with how the tape does hold my strapped area in place. Highly recommended.

At times of mass hard work he uses this to hold his thumb in place. It popped out a few times and when over worked will keep doing it. This just gives it the perfect support for him to keep going.

Love this tape. Use it regularly to tape my daughters ankles for sport. Is great quality and easy to tear off the roll. Does leave residue on the skin when removing, but they all do. Highly recommend this product
