Our family as a whole doesn’t get very much fish in our diet (not a massive fan of sea food) so these fish oil tablets are a nice source of omega 3s4

I like the fact the capsules give me my daily dose of fish oil. Would recommend for those that are health conscious but do not eat fish (despite the latter is a better option)

I first bought these for arthritis. I didn’t think they did much so I stopped taking them. Then tell pain returned and I realised how much of an impact they actually have on my pain. So I’m taking them again. They have a few other health benefits too, are cheap, last forever and don’t repeat
