I loved the idea of these and bought 2 for my house. Unfortunately i found the battery ran out way to quick and just became annoying. Also it would randomly turn on sometimes too

  • Great product

    5 out of 5

I’ve used this product and I absolutely love it it’s the best invention ever because your hands will always stay clean, I don’t have one but I really would love to get one

  • Great household item to have

    5 out of 5

I was given one of these systems and I absolutely love it, it’s a great idea to be touch less it works well, easy to use and refill and I love that there are many assortment refill range.

  • Dettol handwash

    5 out of 5

I would recommend this hand wash, it’s easy to open, easy to put the refills in. a good range of different refills. doesn’t leave your hands dry. and it’s good because you don’t need to press a button or pump to get the soap out. lasts a long time before needing to be refilled.

  • Break too Easily

    2.5 out of 5

I actually won one of these hand wash systems I only used it for like a month and then when I tried to refill it again it did not work anymore

  • Perfect during covid season

    3.5 out of 5

Bought this early covid season before all the hand sanitising stuff ran out and have never been more grateful for a purchase, doesn’t spread germ!

  • Mine was useless

    0.5 out of 5

For the price and all I thought this would work well. However, I found that it broke almost immediately. It was hard to insert the canister and it took way too long to dispense the soap, so all the liquid was wasted.

  • Great idea and product

    4 out of 5

This is a great idea as you don’t have to touch anything and it dispenses hand wash. Quite pricey to replace hand washes but like the convenience. My machine works after many years, however it turned yellow possibly from constant sun exposure from the window which is disappointing.

  • Works great!

    4 out of 5

I have no issue with this product at all as it’s always worked for me. The only downside is getting the new bottles of soap, which can only be fit in this machine so any substitute won’t work.

  • Great with small kids

    5 out of 5

This product is great when you have small children around as they can put their hand under it and get the right amount to wash their hands and it is safe

  • Really disappointed!

    2.5 out of 5

Really disappointed in this product! I was super excited to see a no touch soap machine for home. It worked fine for a while then just stopped working, thought it was the batteries but it wasn’t. I bought a second and the same thing happened. Love the idea but really disappointed in the product.

  • No germs

    4 out of 5

Love that I don’t have to touch it to dispense. It auto senses when your hand goes near and dispenses just enough. I hate that I accidentally set it off sometimes though

  • awesome

  • love

I brought mine when they first came out. I love it as you dont have to touch anything its clean and easy to use. Does run out of battery rather quick even though im the only one using it. I prefer it than using plain soap.

  • Okay

    3.5 out of 5

I had two of these and while I really liked having them, with young children it always turned out very messy because they would play with it and it was so sensitive that it would just dispense it. Great product, just doesn’t work for us at the moment

  • Really like it

    4 out of 5

We have one of these in each bathroom and they are great. I don’t have to worry about my germy hands touching the soap dispenser. The only negative to it is that the sensor can be a little sensitive so you need to place it in a spot that isn’t going to set it off all the time. Now dettol just needs to make a dispenser for my hand moisturiser and I will be set!

  • Revoluntionary

My children really enjoy washing their hands now and this has pretty much given them an incentive to do it because they love using it!

  • Love it... but

    4 out of 5

I really love this product. It’s great for helping your children become independent hand washers…except that my son also loves it and puts his hands under it constantly to get more soap!

  • Not worth it

    1.5 out of 5

I bought one of these thinking it was a great idea and in therory it is, but it doesn’t work well. It leaked handwash all the time and sometimes didn’t work at all. I returned it to the shops and they replaced it bht the same thing started happening. I swapped it over 3 times before I gave up. Don’t bother

  • No Good!

Dettol No Touch hand wash we had at work and sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t.Very annoying when you want to wash your hands and are in a hurry!

  • not worth the cost

I bought this once and that was enough. Brilliant at first but when it decides not to work and I can’t work out why it is frustrating. I have gone back to less technology which means in the end that I am not frustrated anymore but at least have clean hands.

  • Brilliant idea but has some serious teething problems.

    3 out of 5

Ok so I have no idea why I have not rated this unit before as I have one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom and have had them since they where release. I have just once again gone through the ridiculously annoying ritual of trying to determine why the unit has stopped working. Sooo first up changed the batteries ..nope till not working , second cleaned the sensor ..nope still not working, third cleaned out the soap hole. After a while and a bit of cussing I manged to get it to work.
Now some tips for users who experience problems with their units. :
    * Turn unit off.
    * Do realise that the unit may be out of soap. So you will have to replace with a new one or refill the old.
*Clean the sensory item and where soap comes out on the top of your unit.
*Take out the liquid soap container and on the lid you will notice a hole this hole fits into a raised section at the base of the unit. Get a skewer and poke it into the hole on top of the lid of the liquid soap container to free up the liquid and help with flow.
    * Replace battery if indeed if you feel they are flat.
    * Turn back on and unit should be ready and willing to dispense your soap.
Now seriously I don’t think Dettol ( Reckitt Benckiser) will appreciate me saying this but do you realise that you can refill your soap container. I am not the only one who does this as a man in the supermarket told me he does it as well and I am certain there are heaps more savvy folk out there who do it as well.
Note and remember where the front of the container faces and where the hole is situated on the lid as it is important to get this right . Simply turn unit off, take out the empty container and use a butter knife to prize/lift off the lid. Now refill with soap and replace the lid and replace back on unit. Turn back on and your ready to go.
    Second hint:
OH MY THEY WILL NOT LIKE THIS.
I find the unit works extremely well with Coles Antibacterial refill. Simply pour to refill and save the rest till needed. At present I am using Palmolive (as it was on a 1/2 price and turned out cheaper than Coles) but the unit does not like it ( I feel the actual soap is thicker than the Coles one and it is harder to dispense through the hole).
I have been refilling my unit for ages now, I will have to invest in a new proper Dettol refill some time as the constant opening does slightly damage the lid but till then I’m happy doing as I have been and it is saving me heaps.
In conclusion the unit is great when working well and stops those grotty hands having to press down on a regular dispenser.
I got my units on a 1/2 price sale so keep your eyes open when in store.
    Cheers and happy clean fun.

  • Unreliable at best

    1 out of 5

The concept of this is fantastic, however it periodically and without reason stops working which is extremely frustrating when you are relying on it. The design with the batteries on the bottom could be the issue as water occasionally builds in there. The sensor that triggers the soap also gets clogged but there’s nothing to indicate you need to clean it. Sometimes it gets possessed and sets itself off leaving piles of unused soap. I imagine eventually they will work out the flaws in this product and remodel it. WHEN it does work, it is brilliant.

  • Costs a bit but worth it

    3.5 out of 5

I love having this product in my toilet for hands washing. I love the idea of no hand contact needed, so much more hygienic in my view

  • Expensive for what you get

    2 out of 5

I bought this automatic hand wash system hoping it would be helpful for getting my kids to wash their hands more easily. And it did help, they don’t have to pump down to get the soap dispensed but I found we went through a lot of soap. A LOT of soap! It is too expensive for us to use this everyday as the soap refills are expensive.
