I found this product was a bit different to the adverts, I added it to my pasta and I was a bit disappointed with how it was. I would try drinking it in juice next time

This product works well and is easy to use. It can be added to so many things which makes it easy to take as well.

Good product, dissolves easily and is tasteless so really easy to take. I misread the label and used the wrong larger sized spoon….not good at all.

This is a must have after giving birth and it also helps to keep you regular. You can add it to just about anything and it doesn’t change the taste at all ????

This is a great way to keep regular without having to resort to laxatives or suppositories. Good to take on holidays. Simply sprinkle into your breakfast cereal and your done. Easy to use.

Bene fiber is a really nice and gentle alternative to laxatives. You only need a little bit and it helps do the job. Nice flavour too
