I had an issue with fibre deficiency (not severe) but enough that I needed something extra. This product was helpful in giving me what was needed and in a large number of doses, that doesn’t need to be taken so frequently, I was back in shape in no time

I have been using Metamucil for several years now. This is such an easy and pleasant way to get the extra fibre to keep everything moving. If I miss a day or two I start noticing the difference. Absolutely love this product.

I liked the taste of this product and found it very easy to drink. It dissolved into the water quite fast and was not too thick however it gave me a stomach ache. Probably just me but in smaller doses it did what it was meant for.
