The name is quite misleading. Extra course makes me think it would do an excellent job at removing the dead and hardened skin, however, that is not the case. I spent too long trying to remove the dead skin and smooth the rest out, but have resorted back to using a manual skin removal tool.

WOrkrs well and I find they last a while but it’s an expensive process to go through and I’m on the look out for something easier and cheaper

I use this in conjunction with scholl cream. The foot file works great. The perfect coarseness and I love that you can get refils and use the main body for years

I didn’t know these were out but walked passed and grabbed it!! It is amazing although it can stall the machine more than the standard one. Gets the job done so much faster and easier. So much less effort I love it.
