Bought these once when hubby was constipated and suffering haemorrhoids. They’re easy to swallow, hubby’s a sook so they gotta be easy. Worked relatively fast, the stool was softened but not overly runny. Good if your home remedies fail (a Tblsp of olive oil usually works for hubby)
