so with Blackmores For Women Nails Hair & Skin Tablets, i am having these currently. not sure if i should have bought dedicated ones. these are low in each constituency but may be good for a regular help.

It is possible I didn’t use these long enough to have the desired affect of healthy strong nails and skin. But I took it for a number of weeks and didn’t notice any difference

I’m currently taking these tablets, have being for over a month….hasn’t helped my hair or nails but maybe has helped my skin a little…it’s hard to tell.

Yes I tried these for several months and didn’t see any results at all. No improvement at all. Would not reccommend these at all. They are also rather pricey too.

I took these mainly for my skin and hair. I used them for several months..to give them time to work, but sadly i saw no difference/improvement whatsoever! Not something I would try again.

I remembered purchasing these vitamins a long time ago as I wanted to see if it mainly had affect on my brittle nails that peel and break easily . Sadly after finishing the bottle, my nails were just the same as it started and did nothing for me . Also no effect on my hair and skin either even though label looked very convincing .
