the Blackmores Sleep Support Valerian Forte Tablets are just about okay. we bought this for my MIL and she didnt seem to benefit much from it though.

I’m a chronic insomniac and used to use this a lot. It worked well for months but I found that I developed a bit of an immunity to it after a while. It would be good for people suffering brief spells of insomnia but it’s worth noting that you can feel a bit groggy in the morning.
