Magnesium Chelate is a better form of easily absorb magnesium so I’ve switched to that, but this was great value in this pack size when I did get this

When it comes to magnesium I find it gentler on my stomach to use magnesium spray now, used to use these but made me poop a lot

i have tried the Cenovis Magnesium Value Pack of Tablets before and they are good. not my fav brand but i do buy it when on specials.

These seem to be quite effective for muscle tension and soreness. Its hard to know for sure if it is the tablets that are helping, or time or rest, however i think they are beneficial.

I take these on a regular basis i feel good when i am taking them and do not feel any pain during i will keep taking these
