The better type of magnesium to take if you need it, mm better absorbed and more effective that the other types. Unless you use spray thats the best

the Nature’s Own Magnesium Chelate 500mg Capsules are nice. they are not my fav but good on specials. i buy them sometimes. recommend trying it out.
