I love these little seeds. They are packed full of Omega 3, which is very important for me as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I love to sprinkle the Chia seeds over a tossed salad and add them to my smoothies.

I use a lot of Nature’s Way Chia seeds in my house. They are a great source of protein and Omega 3 and very easy to use in my cooking and baking. I add them to everything from rissoles to chocolate slice. You don’t even know they are there but they are so good for you in so many ways.

I add these Chia seeds to my morning All Bran. It adds a great texture and they work well together. You are not hungry for hours. Great health benefits also. Can also be added to cakes and home made bread.

Trying to increase the fibre in my diet. Have been adding this to my smoothies and scrambled eggs. I love adding them to my scrambled eggs, as they give it a nice little crunch and you can barely taste them (don’t have a strong taste regardless) ..Without going into too much detail, I have noticed that I’m more “regular” (although a little crampy at times) ..I wait till this is on special to buy it..as I go through the small bag quite quickly and it’s not exactly cheap.
