great for uni students who need to stay up late to do assignments. It does help you to stay awake but I deducted a point as it make my eye twitch and face spasm. I don’t think its healthy but you got to do what you got to do.
I use these on endurance events but only in moderation as they are probably not the best for long time use. If you need a quick shot to keep awake this is a good option
