This product can’t be used as an iron supplement. If you are deficient on iron this will not help re-store the iron in your body. This is more like a everyday multivitamin capsule.

I find these to be a bit big but can still swallow easily. Doesn’t make me constipated. Cheap from chemist warehouse and on sale at coles or woollies

I buy these all the time from Coles on sale for $5. Great value to top up my iron as I don’t eat much meat.

these iron tablets are ok. they have a rough texture so they are not easy to swallow and the smell of them is a little off
