I bought these from the pharmacy because they are supposed to help bring up your mood a little and improve general health. Not sure if they work as intended4

i have bought the Swisse Ultivite Womens 50+ Tabs for my mum and she’s been using these over 2 weeks now. she does say she feels good.

Having reached that age where I’m not as spritely as I was, I’m looking for a pick me up supplement. Haven’t been taking this long enough so can’t really comment on effectiveness. But I’m hoping for great results
