  • Life saver

These are an absurd life saver, I pop them in before I head out somewhere if I have a sore back and they are discrete and stay warm for a long time.

I am a fan Deep Heat Back Patches because quite simply they are effective and work to relieve pain. A friend suggested them many years back and it was a wonderful suggestion and tip to share.

  • Great for my pregnancy

    5 out of 5

I recently used these in my early pregnancy, I got really bad lower back and leg pain at night time that stopped me sleeping I tried this and it was really a life saver. Does exactly what it was meant to.

  • Relief

These work well for lower back pain. I find they help relax the surrounding muscles and allow things to settle down after periods of activity that aggravate my LBP.

These are heaven! I used to put these on my back when I had a long shift at work and it would slowly help alleviate my pain.

  • Deep Heat Patch

    3 out of 5

This particular patch does work for me but not for a substantial amount of time and have found other products that last longer. I feel if you’re after something to use on a small area of your back this is good for it but be careful when removing it as sometimes it sticks too much and hurts to remove.

  • Not a bad patch

    3.5 out of 5

It’s not bad but not the greatest. There are other products that provide more heat to the affected area and this one does not provide that in a large dose

  • Workes well for me

    4 out of 5

I have used this a couple of time as I get really bad lower back pain during my period. This is convenient for me, as I can just stick it on and forget about it, unlike when I used to try to keep a hot water bottle or heat bag on it. These mean I can still move around, go to the shops etc without having to worry. They hurt a bit to pull off, but not too bad, and they stayed warm for a long time which was good too

  • Burnt skin

    2 out of 5

My daughter used one in her lower back and it burnt her skin. It settled quick, but we threw the rest in the bin. We won’t use them again.
