These extra heat are ones I try to always have in the medicine cabinet as they provide fairly effective and immediate relief for discomfort and pain when required

Works well but bloody smells so strong so definitely recommend wearing gloves or applying with a tissue or cotton balls. Only a temporary fix, heats up well.
